About HCD
An integrated delivery partner for project owners in Syria
Hammar Contracting & Development entered the Syrian market in 2025, building on its founders' experience in the international real estate markets of Istanbul and Dubai. The company assumes full responsibility for each project, from receipt of the approved engineering drawings to final handover, under formal contracts and defined schedules.
HCD operates its own workshops for concrete formwork, steelwork, tiling and aluminium, together with heavy equipment, all managed by its engineers and technicians under a single management structure.

The construction lifecycle
The model below sets out the five phases of delivery and the standards HCD applies at each of them.
Phase one
Excavation and foundations
Site preparation, excavation and backfilling, followed by footings and foundations to the approved structural drawings.
The HCD standardWorks begin with a written execution plan and company-owned heavy equipment.
Phase two
Structural frame
Formwork and reinforcement, followed by the casting of columns, beams and slabs, floor by floor.
The HCD standardFormwork carpentry and steel fixing are carried out by the company's own workshops, ensuring continuity on site.

Masonry and façades
Blockwork, aluminium installation and glazed façades.
